PROGRAM OPTIONS

We connect communities, inspire learning, strengthen well-being, and develop leadership through facilitated experiential learning, reflection and nature connection that engages young people in adventure, recreation and lifelong learning.

Our Leadership Development (LD) programs are flexible in design and approach, allowing us to better meet the needs of every group and participant. Below are 8 different program models that work across the Recreation Continuum. While each option has its own characteristics, set activities, duration and other factors can be tailored to any need.

OUTDOOR EDUCATION & DUKE OF EDINBURGH PROGRAMS

Our school-based programs strongly connect to experiential learning and focus on engaging students' natural curiosity and sense of adventure. Through outdoor recreation and reflective practices, programs are designed to support and align with every school group's learning needs and budget.

COMMUNITY & PCYC PROGRAMS

Our Community and PCYC-based programs partner with a diverse range of community organisations and disability groups and work to support young people and adults across all walks of life.

Typically, our community focussed programs include consideration of complex needs and are underpinned by strength-based approaches to youth and community development, including contemporary leadership principles, narrative practices and therapeutic frames where required.

We can deliver programs at our own base or anywhere in southeast or regional Queensland.
